Payments and transactions
Yes. We accept deposits from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment bank accounts. You can transfer funds directly to our igtoto bank account, or use online payment (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) to scan and pay. We also accept mobile wallets: e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. Choose your preferred method during deposit. Bank transfers typically process within a few minutes to an hour, depending on your bank. Mobile wallet deposits are usually instant. For withdrawals, we process requests to your original payment method. If you deposited via e-wallet, your withdrawal goes back to your mobile banking account.
If a deposit does not complete, check your bank or wallet app to see if the money left your account. If it did, the funds may be pending on our side—wait a few minutes and refresh your igtoto account.
